Prices include conference materials, lunch, coffee/tea breaks during the conference, and 21% VAT.
A certificate of attendance will be sent to you by e-mail after the conference.

The Congress Bureau of the Erasmus Medical Center handles payments of the registration fee and functions as the conference secretariat. After registration and payment of the registration fee you will receive a letter of confirmation with an invoice (pdf by e-mail) for your administration.
As a participant of the conference, you carry full responsibility for the payment of your registration fee, even if your employer is paying the fee.
Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge. In this case the original participant should provide a letter of authorization together with the letter of cancellation, mentioning the name of the substitute delegate.
All cancellations must be made in writing (postal mail, fax or e-mail) to the Congress Bureau and received by the Congress Bureau before 1 September 2017. Delegates who have not cancelled by 1 September 2017 will be responsible for payment of the full registration fee.
In case of cancellation before 1 September 2017, you will be required to pay 25% of the total amount you for which you are registered. For cancellations after 1 September 2017, there will be no refund and the full amount will remain due.
Refunds are not made for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure. All reimbursements will be processed after the congress.
